Working for a Large Service based Company as part of the Customer Service/ Query Resolution Team on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre!

What we are looking for -
Previous experience with complaint handling or query resolution Customer Service
Ability to use IT systems including MF office.
Great communications skills written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail
Motivated and resilient Responsibilities -
Updating internal systems with accurate information
Processing new orders & refunds on internal systems
Offering resolutions on complaints while delivering exceptional customer service
Handling inbound calls from existing customers
Stock queries
