Relaxed office environmentRoles & Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:
Dealing with customers queries through Inbound/Outbound calls
Gaining a thorough understanding of the customers reasoning's for their debt
Asking relevant questions to get a further understanding
Demonstrating empathy as customers may find talking about their debt quite overwhelming
Discussing the specific debts with the customer in thorough detail
Advising customers on the correct debt management plans
Going through Income/Expenditure reports
Experience:
MUST be a recent Grad
Customer Service Experience / Debt Management / Collections Experience
