✓Dealing with customers queries through Inbound/Outbound calls
✓Gaining a thorough understanding of the customers reasoning's for their debt
✓Asking relevant questions to get a further understanding
✓Demonstrating empathy as customers may find talking about their debt quite overwhelming
✓Discussing the specific debts with the customer in thorough detail
✓Advising customers on the correct debt management plans
✓Going through Income/Expenditure reports
✓Experience:
✓MUST be a recent Grad
✓Customer Service Experience / Debt Management / Collections Experience
