✓What will you be doing as a customer service advisor ?
✓* Responding to calls and emails regarding products
✓* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
✓* Processing orders
✓* Resolving customer complaints
✓* Keeping up to date with all company products to answer any relevant questions
✓* Processing sales orders and ensuring on time delivery
✓What we are looking for ?
✓* Previous customer service/Admin experience
✓* Strong computer skills
✓* Excellent communication skills
✓* The ability to work individually and as a team
✓* Previous experience working in a fast paced environment
