Customer Service Advisor
Description✓CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a global medical technology company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Watford on a contract basis until the end of the year
✓The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days a week from home and 3 days a week on site.
✓Salary:
✓£14.50 per hour PAYE

✓Our client takes a pioneering approach to the design of advanced medical products and services, holding lead positions in Orthopaedics Reconstruction, Wound Management and Sports Medicine.
✓Location:
✓This role is located on our client's site in Watford which has easy commuting links from North London and surrounding areas such as Hatfield or Stevenage.
✓Customer Service Advisor Role:
✓Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers [Health Care Professionals] for orders, loans and general enquiries.
✓Ensuring all requests are organized and processed accurately and on time.
✓Make answering customer calls the first priority, ensuring high call quality in line with best practice.
✓For internal customers handle the requests of the territory managers and regional sales managers; such as quotations, loan/demo requests, invoicing, capital orders.
✓For external customers handle their requests for orders, loans, returns, disputes and general enquiries at time of receipt and as accurately as possible
✓Your Background:
✓GCSE or NVQ level 2 or equivalent
✓Proven experience in Customer Service
✓Skills: Communication, Teamwork, Attention to detail, Ownership, proactivity, organisational skills
✓SAP experience preferable
