Customer Service Advisors
Description✓Huntswood is looking for Customer Service Advisors with financial services experience to support our client's customers within their fraud contact centre
✓If you have great customer service experience, excellent listening skills and want to protect customers then we have a great role for you.
✓Start Date: 7th August 2023
✓Day Rate: £130 a day - Umbrella only recruitment - This is only available to individuals working via an Umbrella company, we can assist you with this
✓Location: Glasgow/Hybrid - You will need to be available to work in the office 2 times a week
✓Training will be provided on a hybrid working model and your first three weeks live in the role will be fully site based.
✓Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, on a rotational shift basis between 8.45am - 8pm Monday - Friday, 8.45am-6.30pm on Saturdays
✓Flexibility is required, no Sunday working.
✓What Huntswood can offer:
✓An initial 6-month contract with the opportunity to go permanent after this time
✓£130 a day initially moving to a salary approx
✓£21,000 plus performance related bonuses

✓Experience working in a telephony-based customer service role
✓Experience within financial services would be desirable
✓Excellent communications skills and the ability to talk to all types of customers
✓Commitment to work at client's office in Glasgow on a hybrid basis
✓Ability to work independently as well as being able to work as a team
✓Strong attention to detail
✓Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases
✓Good MS Office skills, particularly MS WordAs a Fraud Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a vital role in helping to protect our customers each day
✓Taking inbound calls supporting customers who are dealing with fraud, scam, and payment queries
✓Using your exceptional listening and communication skills to support the customers during this difficult situation
✓you will help customer resolve their concerns over the phone using your common-sense approach, making their call journey as easy and smooth as possible.
