Description✓Our client is seeking a Customer Service Assistant
✓The role is working full time from the office, no remote working available.
✓Salary: £23,100 pa
✓Location: Medway City Estate, Rochester
✓Benefits: 28 Days holiday plus bank holidays – rises with service to 25 days + BH

✓Core hours: 37.5 - hour week, working on a rota
✓8.30am to 4.30pm and 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
✓In this role the Customer Service Assistant will work in a team of 6, solely responsible for dealing with customer returns - taking calls, replying to emails
✓The Customer Service Assistant role works closely with Sales, Service and other departments, the role would be to ensure that all service and support enquiries and requests are expedited and progressed efficiently.
✓Customer Service Assistant responsibilities.
✓* Primary point of contact for all customer returns.
✓* To progress and to update clients consistently on their return / repair / support request.
✓* Initial point of contact for Service Support enquiries.
✓* Admin support role for Service department.
✓* Ensuring the correct documents, sales orders / works orders, and process is available to enable the efficient process of the request / return / repair.
✓* Point of contact for delivery issues such as damage and POD.
✓* Working with the sales and service team regarding client issues being raised.
✓* Overseeing the service mailboxes.
✓Suitable candidates will be IT literate [Word, Excel etc], possess excellent attention to detail and be able to manage or prioritise their own work load Show more →
