Customer Service Complaints Handler

We currently have an opportunity for a Complaints Handler to join our team at our Goldney Road Hub, W9 2AR.
About the Role
Joining our team, you’ll deliver a first-class liaison and administrative support in a busy environment to the project team, liaising with a wide and diverse customer base in a professional and efficient manner whilst delivering an excellent level of client liaison to ensure high levels of customer and client satisfaction.
Logging and investigating complaints about repairs and working with our contractors to plan and complete these works to offer a swift resolution
You’ll work to deliver the agreed targets within your service area, with the support from our Customer Performance Manager and will be required to attend meetings or provide service outside the usual working hours as agreed and if required, liaising with other departments also.
About You
Candidates will have previous experience within the repairs planning and maintenance sector, or a trade-based background, with good problem-solving skills
You will also have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
