✓We are looking for a Customer Delivery Agent to join a leading Telecommunications company in Warrington
✓The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of customer orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.
✓The position will involve working closely with customers, sales teams, and operations teams to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards
✓The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with excellent problem-solving ability.

✓Responsibilities:
✓Provide an excellent customer service experience for customers, responding to any enquiries or complaints in a timely manner.
✓Liaise with customers, sales teams, and operations teams to ensure that customer orders are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
✓Monitor and track customer orders, ensuring customers are kept up to date with the progress of their orders.
✓Ensure that customer orders are accurately processed and that all customer information is updated in the system.
✓Provide feedback to the team on any customer issues and areas of improvement.
✓Ensure that customer orders are correctly stored and dispatched in a timely manner
✓Technical Skills:
✓Excellent communication and customer service skills
✓Good problem-solving ability
✓Excellent organisational and time management skills
✓Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook
✓Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
