Customer Service Executive
Description✓Basic salary up to £25,000

✓We are currently partnered with a fast-growing online luxury retailer based in the heart of Bristol that are on a mission to create the most respected and trusted antique store in the world!
✓You will have the chance to work in a rewarding customer facing role, interacting directly with a passionate and enthusiastic clientele who love antique and vintage jewellery! As an online retailer, most communication with customers is through emails, direct message and social media platforms
✓This is an inside sales position demanding the highest levels of professionalism and customer service.
✓What you’ll be doing
✓Handle sales enquiries from introduction to close across different platforms [Email,
✓Instagram, Etsy etc].
✓Build and nurture relationships with high-value clients and customers.
✓Coordinate internally with other stakeholders within the brand to build and refine campaigns and events to generate new leads.
✓Manage problems that occasionally arise with orders, including shipping issues and return requests.
✓Liaise with the dispatch team to ensure that customer’s orders are being sent out promptly, and that returns are processed properly.What experience you’ll need to apply
✓A demonstrable track record of delivering over target in a sales environment.
✓Ability to manage your own time efficiently and take responsibility for your own tasks.
✓Able to be articulate and concise in your communication.
✓Experience within the jewellery industry, or passion/interest for jewelleryWhat you’ll get in return for your talents
