Description✓ATTENTION ALL CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGERS
✓Role: Senior Customer Service Manager
✓Location: London [Old Street] / Hybrid - 2-3 days per week
✓Salary: £40,000 up to £55,000 + shares/equity
✓I am thrilled to be partnering up with an modern and growing, shipping solution company, who are currently seeking a Senior Customer Service Manager.
✓My client are looking for a hands-on and resilient Senior Customer Service Manager to join and lead a growing team
✓The ideal candidate will be able to provide support throughout the whole customer journey, ensuring customers get the best service, whether this is by telephone, live chat or email.
✓What you will be doing as Senior Customer Service Manager -
✓Provide support to the Customer Service Team, which includes managers, specialists, and the rest of the team.
✓Planning and lead the Customer Service Strategy, identifying challenges and finding solutions for the improvement of the customer experience journey.
✓Developing existing team members and recruiting new ones.
✓Dealing with customers complaints being the management escalation point if required.
✓Ensure all service targets are achieved or surpassed, maintaining first class customer service.
✓About you -
✓Minimum 4 years' experience in head office based customer service roles, working across multiple contact channels.
✓A driven and positive individual with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
✓An open-minded, solutions-driven individual who is not afraid to take initiative.
✓Experience dealing with customs clearance and couriers desirable, but not essential.
✓Experience working within a fast-growth start-up company, adaptable to change and able to pivot easily.This is a great opportunity to join an exciting team and a fast growing company, with the ability to grow with the company.
