✓As the Customer Service Manager, you will be fully office based.

✓Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
✓* Managing a team [previous management experience is essential]
✓* Performing appraisals, disciplinary hearings and 1-2-1s
✓* Managing relationship with sub-contractors, engineer based
✓* Handling complaint and investigating and solving customer problems
✓* Ability to plan strategically for department, constantly reviewing processes and implementing/driving efficiencies
✓* Performance and target driven
✓* Coaching, mentoring, and staff retention
✓* KPI and Metric reporting to senior leadership team
✓Customer Service Manager Skills
✓* Strong leadership skills
✓* Excellent customer service skills
✓* Patience and the ability to remain clam in stressful situations
✓* Analytical skill and thorough attention to detail
✓* Excellent verbal communication
✓* The ability to listen and negotiate with customer
