✓An exciting opportunity has become available for Customer Service Representative to join a successful manufacturing business based in Wrexham

✓Responsibilities:
✓* Process Sales orders and enquiries on bespoke CRM system
✓* Provide quotations as well as the necessary follow up actions
✓* Support existing customer queries and follow up on orders
✓* Manage customer orders and quotations
✓* Offer excellent account management to global client base on a regular
✓The Candidate:
✓The successful Customer Service Specialist will have the following skills and abilities:
✓* Exceptional customer service
✓* A background working in a sales office or previous Account Management will be beneficial
✓* IT literate
✓* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
✓* Professional telephone manner.
