Main Duties
* The successful candidate will be managing a client base that specialise either in the Ecommerce or Retail sector, working to process and fulfil customer orders and meeting requested shipping deadlines.
* The candidate will be talking directly to their customers via email, telephone or slack or meeting clients in person through on site customer visits.
* The candidate will be required to liaise with different departments within the business, working with our Warehouse, Ecommerce and Rework departments to ensure finished goods are sent to retailers or directly to consumers as per client instructions and retailer compliance manuals.
* The candidate will be required to work as part of a team, working to cover sickness and annual leave for other customer service members.
* Taking telephone calls and transferring to staff within different departments of the business.
* Working with external suppliers to quote and arrange dedicated, pallet network or carton dispatches/collections on behalf of the candidate’s client base.
Key Performance Indicators
* Management of customer service inbox, ensuring all emails are processed in a professional, timely manner.
* Answering inbound calls in a courteous and professional manner.
* To be able to organise and prioritise workloads and manage customer requirements.
* Ability to work under pressure in peak periods such as Black Friday.
* High attention to detail to ensure accurate processing of orders.
* Building customer rapport and exceeding customer expectations in order to achieve customer SLA’s.
* Ability to handle customer complaints or problems and respond in a professional manner and work with the relevant departments to rectify where possible.
* Retrieving cost effective, supplier quotations when arranging deliveries/collections of customer goods.
* To respect and encourage teamwork with other departments within the business
Working and communicating effectively at all times to ensure a smooth operation when processing customer orders.

* Computer Literate
* Experience working in the customer service and office environment
