✓Manpower are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Uxbridge for a Customer Service Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis.
✓Main Duties and Requirements:
✓Ensure that customers have the appropriate stock of products to ensure their Business Continuity and provide the high standard level of service that they expect, meeting the strict Service Level Agreements agreed
✓Ensure that all Customer Service-related requests and incidents raised in the business CRM tool, or the team email account are processed within agreed timescales
✓Investigate & resolve underlying issues that result in device drop-offs or product level mismatches
✓Provide guidance & liaise with Customer IT teams to resolve technical IT-related connectivity issues
✓Perform system housekeeping & reporting as required, working methodically to review data for accuracy
✓Relevant Experience:
✓Experience in supporting and assisting customers and colleagues via phone, Teams and email in an office environment.
✓Experience of working as part of a team to achieve common objectives.
