Customer Success Manager

DescriptionJames Kay Associates have an exciting opportunity to join a Financial Services business in London.
 
Due to growth and expansion they currently have an opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Success team in a crucial role with in the business who will be the face of the business, who will take ownership of the post sales activity. 
 
This role will report directly into the CFO and you must have experience of successful Customer Success delivery working within a Financial Services, ideally Financial Technology [fintech] 
 
The role:

Onboarding clients to their platform, providing technical support and advice to ensure they can get maximum benefit from their services
Processing loan requests and disbursements 
Build relationships with clients to understand their individual needs
Work closely with other departments 
Implementing new processes and procedures to increase customer satisfaction and service delivery 
Regular business reporting and performance delivery   
Must haves:

Must come from a Financial Services background [ideally fintech]
Similar customer success delivery experience 
Great communication and relationship building skills
Commercially aware 
Great attention to detail and accuracy 
Problem solving skills
Organised and able to juggle multiple complex tasks   My client offer a competitive salary circa 40-50k DOE, with the opportunity to working Hybrid [3 days office, 2 days home]
