They are looking for a proactive, efficient and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join their growing team!
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the effective and efficient processing of all sales orders from receipt to dispatch
* Take ownership of calls to provide rapid and factually correct information or redirect as appropriate
* Assist in the monitoring of Product stock levels
* Proactively provide customers and consumers with appropriate support in the delivery of goods and satisfaction of queries and low-level complaints
* Data entry and updating the bespoke system with accurate details
Requirements:
* NO previous experience is required as you will be provided full, comprehensive training
* A proactive approach
* Efficient and motivated
* Friendly, outgoing personality
* Ability to liaise effectively with both stakeholders and the team
