✓They are looking for a proactive, efficient and hardworking Customer Support Assistant to join their growing team!
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓* Assist in the effective and efficient processing of all sales orders from receipt to dispatch
✓* Take ownership of calls to provide rapid and factually correct information or redirect as appropriate
✓* Assist in the monitoring of Product stock levels
✓* Proactively provide customers and consumers with appropriate support in the delivery of goods and satisfaction of queries and low-level complaints
✓* Data entry and updating the bespoke system with accurate details
✓Requirements:
✓* NO previous experience is required as you will be provided full, comprehensive training
✓* A proactive approach
✓* Efficient and motivated
✓* Friendly, outgoing personality
✓* Ability to liaise effectively with both stakeholders and the team
