Our Foundation Apprenticeships provide you with a permanent contract entry-level role, giving the opportunity to gain working experience whilst studying towards professional qualifications

Start date: November 2023 onwards
Requirements:
You will have minimum 5 GCSEs at Grade 3/E or above [or equivalent], including English and Mathematics
Applicants with international qualifications are required to supply a transcript and/or NARIC Certificates [if applicable]
Please note, successful candidates will be required to provide proof of qualifications achieved.
Additional information:
This role operates on a hybrid working schedule, meaning you will be expected to work from the office for 2 days a week
These full-time opportunities are contracted at 35 hours per week, with our Contact Centre opening hours being Monday-Sunday, 08:00-20:00
This role will require you to work a minimum of 10 hours a week to be worked across weekends and evenings to accommodate for customer demand
To adhere with Government Apprenticeship guidelines, Apprentices need to have been a resident in the UK for the last 3 consecutive years before the start of the Apprenticeship and have a continued Right to Work in the UK for the duration of the programme
You must also be able to commit to an in-person training programme, which is staggered across the first up-to 6 weeks of joining.
