French Speaking Customer Service

DescriptionWe are currently working on behalf of our client who are a leading business in the commercial sector
Due to recent growth, they are now looking for French Customer Service Advisor to join their team

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Key responsibilities:
* Handling inbound calls from consumers and distributors
* Addressing customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing quality advice and information
* Resolving queries and keeping customers updated on the status of their enquiry
* Processing inbound promotional claims accurately and efficiently
* Making effective use of down time by assisting colleagues with other tasks
* Setting an example to the team with a positive and professional attitude, delivering the highest level of customer service at all times
* Fulfilling any other ad-hoc duties
We are looking for a candidate who has the following skills and attributes:
* Ability to speak and write in French to a native level
* Experience within a Customer Service environment [preferred, but not essential]
* Experience with Microsoft Office products [e.g
Outlook, Excel]
* A passion to go above and beyond for customers
* Self-motivated and a professional attitude
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Flexible and highly motivated
