Due to internal movement, they are looking to appoint an ambitious graduate with an outgoing, organised personality and customer focussed, to work within their busy sales support team, with a view of expanding their career in the future
The role is commutable from West Hull, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Immingham, and Barton.
Reporting to the manager of this division you will be responsible for processing incoming orders and liaising with customers and colleagues at all levels
You will work with customers providing support and advice, and you will become heavily involved throughout the supply chain, ensuring orders are met on time in full.
Main Duties & Responsibilities for the Graduate Sales Coordinator:
* Managing incoming enquiries in a professional manner from prospective and existing customers
* Processing customer orders and working with other departments to ensure efficiency and order fulfilment
* Communicating and working as a team with other departments to avoid or solve problems
* Responding to customer requests for product information and job pricing
* Supporting the field sales team with customer enquiries and orders
* Assisting in ensuring the smooth running of the order processing facility
* Providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally
Skills & Knowledge required for the graduate Sales Coordinator
* Good verbal and written communication
* A good numerical standard as calculating product costs will be trained
* Computer literate with a good understanding of Microsoft software
* Educated to degree level
* A proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
* Ability to build good working relationships
* High levels of accuracy and good attention to detail
