✓Brand Support
✓Develop and adapt marketing tools to deliver the IM Strategy
✓Adapt local materials to support the execution of the business plan across all channels of trade in specific markets [eg: POS, catalogues, web, newsletter, trade materials]
✓Liaise with the Marketing Manager and relevant teams on NPD, position, brand guidelines and trade marketing initiatives
✓Support the IM Regional Manager with documents and information for NPD, fuel for growth and other projects and initiatives Commercial Responsibilities
✓Discover new business opportunities; prepare and implement clear strategic plans to open up, develop and establish the marketplace[s] and new customer base to achieve growth targets
✓Develop sales leads, prepare and execute sales plans to deliver success
✓Develop and maintain existing customer relationships
✓Responsible for designated customers; territories and market base to achieve growth targets
✓Assess customer needs and attend customer meetings, as required
✓Respond to customer enquiries on products, prices, sales order process and timings
✓Conclude sales orders to meet established revenue targets and liaise with relevant internal teams to provide excellent customer service
✓Inform customers of new products; implement and evaluate NPD launches + promo plans
✓Produce accurate forecasting and demand planning, liaising with relevant departments
✓Develop sales skills and product knowledge
✓Prepare sales documentation, proposals, reports, competitor information, analysis, export documents and correspondence to meet all legal requirements and maintain up-to-date customer records
✓Attend trade shows and exhibitions, where required Experience and Skill Requirements
✓Proven skills in business development
✓Previous experience as an Account Manager [UK market or international]
✓Previous experience working in FMCG would be advantageous
✓Excellent communication and decision making skills
✓Strong interpersonal skills: able to work cross functionally
✓Adaptable to fast-moving situations
✓Good negotiation skills
✓Highly organised, self-motivated with good time management
✓Goal oriented and results driven
✓Strong analytical and mathematical skills
✓Uses initiative and common sense
✓Articulate, confident, well-presented
✓Ability to work on own and as part of a team
✓Ability to travel to central Europe on occasions
