Description✓Maintenance Operative
✓Location: Harrow, Hayes, Acton, Hounslow
✓Salary: £35-45k per year + Bonus scheme + Pension + healthcare
✓Work days: Monday-Friday
✓Work Hours: 8am-5pm
✓Our client is a top tier property development company, who are looking for a maintenance operative to expand the team in a growing region.
✓The role would be working with the customer care team to fix and repair issues swiftly, that are found by the customers
✓The houses will have already been sold by the client, however if they find a problem, they will call the customer care team and then an operative will be sent out to fix the problem.
✓Should have experience in multiple trades such as tiling and carpentry, but will have also been experienced in customer facing roles.
✓The right candidate would have experience as an operative previously with a property developer, have great communication, multi-skilled and have delivered on requirements
✓They should have a great work ethic and look to complete jobs first time to a great standard.
✓Expectations
✓* Completion of repairs swiftly
✓* Travel to the various locations
✓* Follow the processes and procedures
✓* Build relationships with sub-contractors, customers, suppliers, customer service team.
✓* Experience with a property developer
✓* Strong decorator, tiling, painting, multi-trade
