On site Recruitment Coordinator
Description✓Teamwork Partnership are now recruiting for an onsite coordinator
✓This role will be based upon our client premises which is a food processing facility operating 7 days a week, providing the nation with fresh herbs you will be working as part of a team to deliver client goals.

✓The ideal candidate will be:
✓· Minimum of 1 years’ experience working on a FMCG site with a shop floor supervisory or coordinating role.
✓· Working to targets
✓· Be able to work on call out Rota’s
✓· To complete site management and candidates’ performance meetings.
✓· Ability to communicate with people at all levels.
✓· Highly organized
✓· Self-motivated
✓· Energetic, Proactive, passionate, and driven
✓· Flexible
✓· Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
✓· Fully competent with the use of Word, Excel, and Outlook
✓· Ability to work well under pressure.
✓· Shares our passions for success.
✓· Own Car
✓The salary for this position is:
✓Onsite coordinator salary £ 23 000 - £25 000
✓Working Friday to Monday
✓28 holiday days per year
✓Pension
✓Childcare vouchers
✓Company shares scheme, after qualifying period.
✓Bonus paid at 10% life.
