Part Time Customer Service Advisor
Description✓Part Time Customer Service Advisor Needed in Central Glasgow!
✓Hours are: Mon to Fri, 10am to 2pm- [No Weekends]
✓*For the Training- you would need to be able to work the first 2 weeks- Mon to Fri, 9am to 5pm*.
✓Start ASAP!
✓Salary starts at £10.90
✓Then there are 2 salary increments over a 6month period- that will give you 2 increases in your first year.
✓Bonus is- £4,800 Bonus per year [This Bonus is paid monthly to you at £400]
✓Temp to Perm role after 12 weeks.
✓Our client is now looking to expand their team even further with a Customer Service Advisor who can provide an exceptional customer service experience.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Handling inbound communication in a professional and friendly manner
✓Understanding the customer's needs, providing an appropriate solution
✓Showing empathy of any issues
✓Ensure internal database is up to date, confirming all personal details with each customer account
✓Effectively manage and complete daily ad-hoc admin tasks Skills Required:
✓Experience within customer service
✓Great written and verbal communication skills
✓Ability to work well within in a team as well as independently
✓Strong listening and organisational skills
✓Proficient use of MS Office packages
