Property Resilience Coordinator

✓We are currently seeking a Property Resilience Coordinator to join our team
✓As Property Resilience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support services to the Property Resilience Team
✓You will work closely with the team to ensure that all day-to-day operations are running smoothly, and all repairs are carried out efficiently.
✓The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to manage their workload effectively
✓You will have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors and suppliers.
✓In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end job delivery process, highlighting any delays or issues, and proactively seeking a resolution via the contractors
✓You will be the point of contact for the business for contractor-related chase-ups and queries and process payments for all managed contracts.
✓We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a timely and professional manner
✓You will have a can-do attitude, be a team player and be able to work well under pressure.
✓We offer flexible working arrangements, with the option to work 8-4 or 9-5, and a hybrid working model
✓You will be required to work in the office for three days per week and work from home for two days
