Description✓Location: Athens, Greece
✓Role: Irish-speaking Technical Support Specialist
✓Salary: €1300 p/m PLUS 10% monthly bonus
✓Hours of work: Monday to Sunday 08:00 - 22:00
✓We are seeking highly proficient native-level Irish speakers to join a team of Technical Support Specialists for our global outsourcer based in Athens, Greece!
✓As part of their multi-cultural international team, you will assist customers of a renowned online store with their Android apps, games, movies, TV shows, books, and other content inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
✓You will also guide customers through account settings, app downloads, content installation, and refund requests.
✓The ideal candidate should have:

✓Fluent Irish and good English proficiency are required.
✓*
✓Excellent customer service skills, as you will provide advice and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently.

✓An interest in technology, motivation to succeed, adaptability,

✓Willingness to commit to a minimum of one year abroad is essential.
