Sales Executive

Interaction Recruitment are looking for a Sales Executive for our long standing client client in Peterborough
Our client's product is Artisan - a truly great product to be selling! 
This role is to maintain solid relationships with the company's existing and lapsed client base
The key Sales Executive's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities with these existing and lapsed clients
You should also be able to develop relationships with potential new clients should the need arise. 
To be successful as a Sales Executive, you should be able improve business and marketing strategies through your interpersonal skills 
 Sales Executive Responsibilities: 
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company

Addressing and resolving key clients complaints

Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams

Communicating and collaborating with the marketing team

Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements 
Sales Executive Requirements: 

Proven experience within an account management environment

Proven experience within a high volume call role

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software

The ability to build rapport with key clients

The ability to handle multiple client accounts

Exceptional customer service skills

Excellent communication skills

This role is initially temporary for 6-9 months with a possibility of a permanent role
This is based in the offices of our client who also offer onsite parking. 
This role is paying £10.50 per hour initially with a view to a salary review once the person is established.
