Description✓Our public sector housing client has a requirement for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team
✓Our client has advised us that this post is full time, Monday to Friday [37 hours per week] Permanent opportunities are available within
✓In your new role, you will be responsible for answering calls from claimants regarding Housing matters
✓Full training will be provided to you
✓You are a good fit for this role, if you have previous Customer Service experience from a telephone based role and are comfortable using computerised systems
✓Our client does require you to have a valid Access NI before you take up your new role
✓Brookstreet UK LTD will help you with this process
✓5 GCSE at Grades A to C are also required
✓In return, you will be paid at £10.98 per hour on a weekly basis
✓Benefit from 34 days AL
