✓Hours: Monday to Friday [40 hours per week]

✓We are seeking a people focused security professional to manage the delivery of security services to a secure site near Bristol

✓Applicants should meet the following criteria:
✓* SIA license holder
✓* Full driving license
✓* Experience leading a security team
✓* The ability to engage and positively influence stakeholders at all levels
✓* A commitment to service excellence
✓Responsibilities will include:
✓* Leading a large on-site security team
✓* Managing the delivery of site security, striving for service excellence and continuous improvement
✓* Coach and develop the security team whilst encouraging further development
✓* Carry out compliance checks and site based audits of the security function
✓* Writing and implementing security policies, AI’s, SOP’s etc.
✓* Regular client meetings
✓* Oversee the delivery of control room services – access control systems, CCTV, alarm systems etc.
✓* Rota management
✓* Oversee response to incidents and mitigate risks
✓* Assist with the long-term strategic planning of the security function
✓* Cross functional working with the Property and Facilities service providers
✓* Undertake regular risk assessments and threat assessments
