✓Classroom Support Assistant
✓Here at Teaching Personnel we are working with a school based in Reading who are looking for support with their children and young people, inside and outside the classroom environment from Early Years through to 6th Form.
✓The successful applicant must:
✓- establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with the pupils
✓- be able to manage challenging behaviour effectively
✓- be resilient in their attitude and approach
✓- liaise with other staff to ensure the pupil can access the learning and stay happy in school
✓- be able to communicate effectively with the pupil they are providing support to
✓This school caters for children with a range of complex needs
✓The school provides a safe and structured learning environment that enables all children and young people to achieve the best possible outcomes.
✓Hours: 8:30-15:30pm
✓Monday-Friday
✓Experience is not necessary although the applicant must possess the correct qualities to work with children and young people in education.
✓You will be expected to work 1:1 or with small groups when needed and also be comfortable with personal care.
