Team Leader
Description✓Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established growing company in Nuneaton as a team leader! You must have at least 2 years team leader experience within the construction or civil engineering industry and strong people skills.
✓£29,000 per annum
✓Monday - Friday 8am-5pm [Office based]
✓On site parking
✓Main Duties;
✓o Managing and coordinating day to day activities of the sales team
✓o Communicating goals and deadlines to team members
✓o Motivating the team to achieve organisational goals
✓o Managing a team of 6 people
✓o Planning workloads and delegating tasks
✓o Assessing team performance, progress and conducting periodic appraisals - providing feedback to management & employees
✓o Upselling, getting the most of the customer
✓o Assessing customer performance and providing feedback to management & employees
✓o Planning sales drives and communicating to the sales team
✓o Creating and reviewing sales reports
✓o Planning and leading monthly sales meetings with the team
✓o Achieve sales targets and margins set within yearly budgets
✓o Dealing with customer enquiries via phone, email.
✓o Order processing in a timely manner
✓o To be able to provide outstanding customer service
✓o Be able to liaise with other departments to deal with enquires efficiently and successfully
✓o Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team
✓Person Specification;
✓o Previous experience in sales, managing a team and a current team leader within the construction or civil engineering industry is essential
✓o Excellent people skills
