✓Length of Assignment: 3 months
✓Hybrid role: The training period will be full-time in office, then flexi/hybrid working thereafter with every Wednesday worked in the office.
✓Job Role
✓This role will involve making outbound calls to legacy customers to advise them the old, fixed network is closing as the network is no longer supported
✓Contact is to be made to all customers to make them aware of dates effected and manage their account or departure.
✓* Outbound call handling.
✓* Chase up sales team for any leads passed.
✓* Follow up calls as scheduled.
✓* Updating trackers and managing own progress via software tools.
✓* Full training provided
✓Ideal Candidate
✓* Previous Telesales / Telemarking experience, must be confident in telephony work
✓* Excel experience and teams experience, Microsoft office applications.
✓* Salesforce experience beneficial
