HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER
Description✓Challenge-trg in partnership with their client are recruiting Class 1 HGV Drivers for their Newark site.
✓****** 1 year class 1 experience******
✓A fantastic opportunity for ongoing store deliveries and trunking work.
✓We are looking to fulfil AM + PM shift patterns- to include 1 day over the weekend where ever possible, various shift patterns available;
✓Tues-Sat,Sun-Thurs,Wed-Sun,4 on 4 off, 5 on 3 off.
✓Start times:
✓22.00pm - 02.00am
✓The Pay Rates for HGV Class 1 Drivers
✓Days: £18.19
✓Nights: £19.21
✓Sat: £20.23
✓Sun: £21.25
✓Class 1 HGV Drivers AM + PM
✓1 day induction required which will be paid on completion:
✓Minimum of 5 shifts in each week required
✓What The HGV Class 1 Driver can expect:
✓Store deliveries and also trunking [mainly nights]
✓White goods, TV's, Home appliances
✓Collections and deliveries
✓Double deckers - steering axle training provided
✓Average of 3 - 5 deliveries per shift
✓average shift lengths 10-12 hours
✓Curtain side and boxed trailers

✓The Requirements for the HGV class 1 Driver:
✓A full Class 1 HGV Licence
✓A valid Drivers CPC Card
