Homecare Technician
Description✓Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for an empathetic, customer focussed individual to join our client as a Homecare Technician
✓This is a 3 month fixed term contract offering a competitive salary and the chance to work in a rewarding position with a supportive and employee focussed business
✓The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
✓A company vehicle, PDA, uniform and full training will be provided
✓You will be working as part of a team delivering Oxygen to NHS patients at home
✓This is an important role where your duties will include:
✓Attending depot in Glasgow on a daily basis to collect Oxygen for delivery
✓Delivering, installing and removing Oxygen Products for my client on behalf of the NHS in the Glasgow area.
✓Ensuring deliveries match requirements on patients prescriptions.
✓Working with local Depot Manager & Field Service Managers to achieve delivery of service.
✓Liaising with the planning department to manage schedule
✓Ensuring compliance with contractual KPI’s
✓Treating patients with respect and empathy, delivering a quality service at all times
✓Working safely, following all procedures & operating instructions
✓Following all statutory compliance & governance procedures
✓Inputting accurate data on to a mobile PDA device
✓Due to the nature of this position you must have a full clean driving licence and will need to complete an enhanced disclosure
✓You must have excellent communication skills and will be comfortable dealing with vulnerable people
