✓Description
✓The successful IT Site Engineer - Hardware Support will:
✓Setup and support of all IT equipment including, but not limited to laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, hand-held scanners, VOIP phones and mobile devices
✓Maintenance and support of warehouse mechanical handling equipment
✓Asset Management including warranties
✓Disposal of old redundant IT equipment in line with WEEE regulations
✓Creating FAQs and instruction guides as required
✓Provide ad-hoc support to the team as required
✓Provide on-site support at other facilitiesProfile
✓The successful IT Site Engineer - Hardware Support will have:
✓Skills in Microsoft Office 365 including, but not limited to, Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, Power Point, Visio, Teams.
✓Experience of network patching
✓Understanding of networking fundamentals TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
✓Experience of hardware support of printers, laptops, mobile devices and warehouse
✓equipment
✓Experience of working in a busy warehousing environment
✓Experience or exposure to SQL database desirable but not essential.
✓Experience or exposure to Programming desirable but not essential.
✓Good communication skills both verbally and written
✓Rigorous attention to detail.
✓Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise and work flexibly.
