Procurement Administrator

DescriptionWe Staff are currently recruiting a Procurement Administrator for a client of ours based in Harrow, North West London
You will be working alongside the the procurement team to assist in the delivery of cost savings, supplier rationalisation and to work with our Sales team to maintain optimum stock inventory to generate revenue and customer satisfaction.
Shift:
* Monday - Friday
* 8:00am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
* Support the P2P process
* Assist in the purchase of goods, Materials and components
* Making sure Stock levels are at optimum levels
* Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships
key skills required:
* Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Time management
* Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.

Qualifications/experience required:
* Previous experience of working in a purchasing team
* Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply [CIPS] or similar qualification or studying towards CIPS qualification would be beneficial
* Computer literate, with advanced Excel skills/abilities
