Production Manager
Description✓We are seeking a highly motivated and solution-driven Production Manager to join our client's successful team

✓While it is not necessary to be an expert in every area, comprehensive knowledge and familiarity with most aspects of the production process is essential
✓The Production Manager will lead a team, managing both the Production team and supervisor, while reporting directly to the Director
✓This role requires a proactive and dynamic individual who is capable of finding solutions and driving continuous improvement in their operations
✓The Production Manager will play a pivotal role in their growth plans, as our client aims to double their capacity and output
✓The ability to work at a fast pace is crucial in this high-volume environment.
✓Responsibilities:
✓• Lead and manage the Production team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
✓• Proactively identify and resolve production-related issues, taking ownership of finding solutions.
✓• Oversee all aspects of manufacturing processes, including welding, paint spraying, assembly, electrical assembly, and engineering, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production schedules.
✓• Utilize ERP system knowledge to optimize workflow, track production metrics, and generate reports for management.
✓• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain, to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
✓• Foster a culture of empowerment and employee engagement by actively involving and soliciting input from the workforce, promoting teamwork and innovation.
✓• Develop and implement production strategies, in alignment with company goals and objectives, to achieve increased capacity and output.
✓• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all production personnel.

✓• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
