✓At Jobandtalent, we are recruiting for Production Operatives to work with an important company in the Warrington Area
✓You will work for a leading sports nutrition brand, delivering a range of quality products including protein powder,vitamins and minerals, high-protein foods, snack alternatives.
✓Shift Patterns:
✓Working Hours Days: 06:00 -18:00
✓Working Days: 3 out of 7 one week / 4 out of 7 the next week, on a set shift patternPay Rates
✓Pay rate on weekdays: £10.92
✓Pay rate weekend Days: £12.16
✓Overtime 1.5 x basic rate, after 48h/week
✓1-hour paid breakAs a Production Operative you will need to have:
✓Ability to follow instructions and processes.
✓Computer literate to be trained to use the warehouse IT system
✓Good level of literacy and numeracy
✓Capable of lifting and standing for long periods
✓Good English language skills
✓Previous experience is an advantage, but not necessary as full training is provided

✓Working within a busy/fast-paced environment which requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy.
✓Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg - following a recipe.
✓Quality checking and reporting results
✓Working to a schedule as part of a team
✓Clean-down the station between batches and allergens
✓Checking of batches & quantities
✓Following company procedures, ensure products are processed and packed safely and to the right quantity and quality.
✓Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.
✓Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
✓Ensure working area is always kept clean and tidy applying "a clean as you go process".
✓Workers will be trained on several different tasks within the production area and may be required to move between tasks/activities throughout the day.Benefits of working with us as a Production Operative:
