✓As a Shift Lead Operations, you will manage and motivate a team of 25 skilled machine and system operators while enhancing work processes for peak efficiency, troubleshooting disruptions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
✓Responsibilities:
✓you are cooperative and responsible for managing and motivating a team of [25] machine and system operators;
✓you monitor and improve work processes;
✓you have experience in working on the basis of performance indicators;
✓you are the first link in the event of disruptions in the production process;
✓you are responsible for starting up, closing down and handing over the shift;
✓you think along about improvements and pass these on to your team or manager;
✓you conduct assessment and performance interviews with employees;
✓you motivate and develop your team to a higher level
✓Requirements:
✓you possess at least a completed MBO 3 or 4 diploma, in the direction of logistics, process technology [VAPRO B] or similar;
✓you have experience within an industrial production environment, manufacturing industry or logistics environment;
✓you have experience in managing operators or executive staff;
✓you have experience or want to learn more about the TPM method [Total Productive Maintenance];
✓you are able to keep an overview within a dynamic and production environment;
✓you are strong in setting priorities, thinking ahead and being solution-oriented;
✓you are stress-resistant, provide overview and structure in the work;
✓you are willing to work in a 4-shift system;
✓you have a good command of the Dutch or English languages;
✓you have a driving licence and own transport
