Description✓Simply Education are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to work in a vibrant primary school in Boston
✓This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher looking to gain valuable classroom experience.
✓The position is available from September and will continue throughout the entire academic year, ensuring continuity for our students
✓The Teacher will be working based on a 0.4 contract working in the afternoons on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across various subjects in the absence of the regular classroom teacher during their PPA time.
✓Adhere to the school's curriculum and policies, adapting teaching methods to suit the individual needs of each class.
✓Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where students feel motivated to actively participate and achieve their full potential.
✓Maintain effective classroom management and ensure a safe and secure environment for all students.
✓Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share resources, ensuring a consistent and high-quality educational experience for all students.
✓Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and complete necessary assessments and paperwork as required.
✓Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing updates on student progress and addressing any concerns or queries.
✓Requirements:
✓Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] or equivalent teaching qualification.
✓Previous experience working with primary school students is highly desirable, but newly qualified teachers are also encouraged to apply.
✓Strong knowledge of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
✓Ability to adapt lessons and resources to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
✓Organizational skills to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
✓Ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to provide consistent educational experiences.
