Description✓On behalf of a fantastic new academy based within Central Croydon, Remedy Recruitment are currently looking for a creative and passionate Art Teacher who will be able to teach full time and long term from KS3 - GCSE level starting in September 2023.
✓Our client is a new provision academy school who educate and support pupils varying from the ages of 11-19 years of age
✓We are looking for a creative and talented art teacher who is dedicated for teaching their subject and motivating students in making further progression within the subject and helping overcome challenges and difficulties the student/s may have.
✓The Art teacher must be able to work alongside students who have different SEN and SEMH requirements which include social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, these also include ADHD and autism.
✓Art Teacher Requirements:
✓* A UK recognised Teaching Qualification [PGCE, QTS, BEd
✓or equivalent].
✓* A DBS on the update service
✓* Teach both KS3 and GCSE level Art and have excellent understanding of the curriculum.
✓* Experience with working with SEN students for a minimum of 2 years
