✓Qualiteach is currently working with a SEMH School who is looking for an experienced Art Teacher who can join them on a permanent full-time basis from September
✓They are ideally looking for someone who has previously worked in a SEMH School or similar and can come in and hit the ground running
✓You will be responsible for the learning and development of 3-6 students per class, all will have some form of Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs
✓Some of the students will be working towards the Bronze and Silver Art Awards and others will be working towards their GCSEs
✓When teaching you will have 2 Teaching Assistants in the class with you, they will be here to help the students during lessons, manage behaviour and remove anyone who isn't settling, so you are able to continue teaching
✓Therefore, the ideal Art Teacher for this role must have strong behaviour and classroom management skills and have a fun and friendly approach

✓This SEMH School is found in the South London borough of Lewisham and caters for girls and boys aged between 5-16 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Needs
