✓Location: Lewisham
✓Start date: September 2023 or Earlier
✓Pay: £15-18 per hour
✓A fantastic Secondary School in Lewisham is seeking a full-time Attendance Officer for a full time role
✓The position will be a long-term role until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.
✓ Responsibilities:
✓Maintaining attendance records for all students
✓Communicating with parents and guardians regarding student attendance and absence
✓Assisting with the administration for school trips and other events
✓Collaborating with academic staff and other members of the support team to promote good attendance and punctuality
✓Requirements:
✓At least 6 months experience working in a school administration role
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
✓Strong SIMS knowledge
✓ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✓Experience with database management and record keeping
✓Familiarity with the requirements of the school setting and education sector
