✓Behaviour Mentor - Hackney
✓As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience working with young people who have challenging behaviours in order to be considered for this position
✓There is a fantastic opportunity for a bubbly and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join a school as a Behaviour Mentor, which will offer support to students between the ages of 11-16 inside and outside the classroom
✓You will have the opportunity to work with students who have ADHD, SEMH, as well as challenging behaviour in your role as a Behaviour Mentor
✓Experience with Team-Teach and physical handling training is desirable
✓In order to be able to meet the students' needs, it is essential that the ideal Behaviour Mentor is capable of handling complex situations because of the students' needs
✓As a behaviour mentor, one of your main duties will be to maintain a close relationship with your class teachers and members of the behaviour team in order to keep track of students' attendance and behaviour at school.
