✓Responsibilities of a Behaviour mentor - Hackney
✓Assist students in improving their behaviour by developing and implementing strategies that will assist them.
✓Assist in identifying pupils who may need to receive support in order to meet their educational goal
✓The provision of one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified pupils in order to assist them in their learning
✓Prepare strategies to assist pupils in managing their behaviour in a more effective manner
✓Involvement of learners in the development of action plans
✓Ensure effective coordination with local SENCOs by liaising with them
✓Monitoring the progress of the pupils and their behaviour in order to keep them on track
✓It is important to organize lunchtime activities for pupils who display challenging behaviour during their break times
