Responsibilities of a Behaviour mentor - Hackney
Assist students in improving their behaviour by developing and implementing strategies that will assist them.
Assist in identifying pupils who may need to receive support in order to meet their educational goal
The provision of one-to-one mentoring sessions to identified pupils in order to assist them in their learning
Prepare strategies to assist pupils in managing their behaviour in a more effective manner
Involvement of learners in the development of action plans
Ensure effective coordination with local SENCOs by liaising with them
Monitoring the progress of the pupils and their behaviour in order to keep them on track
It is important to organize lunchtime activities for pupils who display challenging behaviour during their break times
Supporting the liaisons with families in order to provide quality careAbout the School - Behaviour mentor - Hackney
