This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with students helping and supporting them in and out of the classroom
Behaviour Mentors need to be experienced in working with young people who have complex needs as well as challenging behaviour in order to be effective
As a teacher, you have the privilege of watching a student grow, which can be a highly rewarding experience
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to be enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and have a passion for learning
You'll need to be a quick learner who can work under pressure
As a Behaviour Mentor, your primary responsibility will be to guide interventions within the classroom so that the children are able to achieve their academic potential.
