✓This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work with students helping and supporting them in and out of the classroom
✓Behaviour Mentors need to be experienced in working with young people who have complex needs as well as challenging behaviour in order to be effective
✓As a teacher, you have the privilege of watching a student grow, which can be a highly rewarding experience
✓As a Behaviour Mentor, you will need to be enthusiastic and passionate about working with children and have a passion for learning
✓You'll need to be a quick learner who can work under pressure
✓As a Behaviour Mentor, your primary responsibility will be to guide interventions within the classroom so that the children are able to achieve their academic potential.
