✓We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Studies ECT [Early Career Teacher] to join our dynamic team of educators
✓As a Business Studies ECT, you will have a passion for teaching and learning, with a strong focus on providing students with an engaging and challenging curriculum.
✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Planning and delivering high-quality Business Studies lessons that engage and inspire students
✓Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies and resources to support student learning
✓Providing ongoing feedback and support to students to promote their progress and achievement
✓Maintaining accurate records of student progress and providing regular reports to parents and senior leaderRequirements:
✓A degree in Business Studies or a related field
✓Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] or working towards QTS
✓A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum and assessment requirements
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✓A commitment to continuous professional development and keeping up-to-date with the latest educational research and trends
