✓Pay: £80 - £100 per day

✓GSL Education is looking to hire some Cover Supervisors to work across schools located in Kingston Upon Hull and surrounding areas for the September 2023 term.
✓Major Responsibilities include:
✓Supervise classes across the curriculum in the event of a teacher’s absence.
✓Ensure that pupils are engaging in pre-planned tasks.
✓Manage pupil behaviour to create a safe and positive learning environment.
✓Liaise with other staff members regarding work being set and ensure you have all suitable resources.
✓Provide feedback to the class teacher on pupil attendance, engagement and completion of work tasks.
✓Manage classroom behaviour of up to 30 pupils, ensuring students stay on task.
✓Follow individual School behaviour and safeguarding policies.
✓To be a successful Cover Supervisor you should:
✓Have an Education-based or Core Subject-based Degree.
✓Aspire to have a career in Education, in roles such as a Pastoral Manager or Teacher.
✓Be able to quickly engage and build rapport with pupils.
✓Be an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual who leads by example.
✓Have knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies [full training can be provided].
✓Have the ability and willingness to undertake additional training and courses to enhance your professional development.
✓Empathize with childnre and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
