✓Key Responsibilities:
✓Delivering engaging and interactive lessons in DT [Food and Nutrition], catering to students of different abilities and learning styles.
✓Inspiring and motivating students to explore their creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills through practical projects.
✓Planning and preparing well-structured lessons in line with the national curriculum and school policies.
✓Assessing and providing constructive feedback to students, monitoring their progress and identifying areas for improvement.
✓Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting positive behavior and maintaining high standards of discipline.
✓Requirements:
✓Qualified Teacher Status [QTS] or equivalent.
✓Proven experience teaching Design and Technology [Food and Nutrition] at secondary school level.
✓Passion for design and technology, with a strong knowledge of food and nutrition.
✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
✓Ability to plan and deliver creative and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
