For unqualified assessors - at least 3 years' management experience in an Early Years setting [Deputy Manager or higher] to be considered for this position.
Purpose of the role: Early Years Assessor
You will be managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners [up to Level 5], including Functional Skills] both remotely [via telephone, video, email] and visits to the learner in their place of work
Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Early Years apprenticeship qualification
Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer.
Early Years Assessor: Essentials
A minimum 3 years management experience in an Early Years setting at Deputy or higher
UK driving license and use of own transport
You will be based from Home, covering Crawley and the surrounding area
A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work once per week in and around Crawley and the surrounding area
Full Training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employer
Early Years Assessor: Salary and Expenses
The role is full-time, permanent
40 hour working week, Mon-Fri, no unsociable hours or weekends
Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary
£25.5k - £30k annual salary depending on experience and qualifications
Full travel expenses
25 days annual leave + BHs
All equipment including laptop, mobile phone
