✓As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of our young students.
✓Responsibilities:
✓Assist the class teacher in creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for early years students.
✓Support the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage [EYFS] curriculum.
✓Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and lessons.
✓Assist with the assessment and monitoring of students' progress.
✓Provide individual and group support to students as directed by the class teacher.
✓Promote positive behavior and maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment.
✓Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each child.
✓Maintain accurate records and contribute to student reports as required.
✓Attend relevant staff meetings and professional development sessions.Requirements:
✓Previous experience working as an Early Years Teaching Assistant is desirable.
✓Possess a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent qualification.
✓Hold a valid DBS certificate registered on the update service.
✓Right to work in the UK.
✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✓Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
